Choosing Your Reds

Our tantalizing red wines come in a wide selection of varietals and blends sourced from world renowned vineyards. DIY craft winemaking gives you the opportunity to explore the world of wine on any budget. From sophisticated to everyday table wines, you’re sure to find what you need here.

If you’re looking for rich, complex red wines, select from our Platinum or Gold series and expect to age them longer after bottling. Most of our reds are dry but we have a few that are off-dry. If you’re looking for an everyday red wine, select from our Silver or Bronze series. These need less time to age after bottling so you can enjoy them sooner.

Your personally crafted red wines will stand up against many commercial products at 2-4 times the price. The next time you’re having a wine and cheese party, do a blind wine-tasting and prepare to surprise and delight your guests.

Choosing Your Whites

Exciting white wines sourced from the world’s best vineyards are available for you to make in some of the most acclaimed wine styles of the old and new worlds. From crafting age-worthy wines of distinction that will impress any wine connoisseur to white wines for your every day occasion, DIY craft winemaking helps you fit any budget.

If you’re looking for superior quality white wines, select from our Platinum or Gold series. For every day or for those on a tight budget, select from our Silver or Bronze series. You’ll be able to enjoy your wines sooner because fermentation times are shorter.

Your personally crafted white wines will stand up against many commercial products at 2-4 times the price. Test this out at your next wine-tasting party. Your guests will be amazed and want to start making their own wines.

Rosés

For your next DIY craft winemaking experience, add some variety to your cellar with our amazing rosé wines. So perfectly balanced, they’re perfect on a hot day.

Rosé wines are made from red grape varieties and limiting their exposure to tannins. The grape skins are removed after a short period of time, leaving some color but not as much as in a red wine. When you’re planning a bachelorette, brunch, wedding shower or wine and cheese party, consider classing it up with a Gold rosé. Try serving them with an impressive charcuterie board at your next wine tasting event.

Fruits

Fruit wines have a red, white or rosé grape juice base which is complemented with berries and orchard or tropical fruits. They’re a great beer or cooler alternative because they’re lower in alcohol. These are fabulous on their own or you can mix them with soda water. Add a few fresh berries and you’ve got a delicious spritzer. You can also add fresh fruit to make a sangria. Plan to have these at your next barbecue or casual party for those who don’t feel like having a red or white wine, beer or cider. Turn on your creativity and serve some fruit wines with tropical fruits. You can’t beat the price!

Restricted Quantities

These classic varietals and charismatic blends are sourced from some of the world’s most renowned wine producing regions. You’ll be so pleased with the results that your friends and family will find it hard to believe you made it! Go ahead and brag about it – you’ve earned bragging rights. It’s easy to compare these wines to commercial ones that cost 4 times as much.

All of these outstanding premium wines will benefit from aging. For the reds, you need to age them after bottling for at least 6 months. Some may take even longer. For the whites, you need to age them for at least 3 months. Once they have aged, open a bottle and try it. Do this once a month until you find your “sweet spot” or the point at which the wine suits your tastes. Everyone is different so for one person this may happen earlier than for another.

The bulk of these wines are released from January through April each year. Each season’s lineup is available for you to reserve for a limited time. Our supplier will only make enough kits to satisfy the reservations so it’s best to reserve yours by mid-October.
